We offer a range of programs from beginner level courses to advance level courses. With emphasis on enriching your spiritual journey of, we aim to convey Sri M’s teachings and blessings towards everyone.

Meditation & Pranayana

The basic purpose of Kriya is to balance your breath. The breath (shvasa) is closely linked to your life energy (Prana).

Yogasanas (Postures)

An asana is a body posture that is used to improve one's health and well-being. The word comes from a Sanskrit word that means "posture" or "position."

Mindfulness & Consciousness

“Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way; On purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally” (Sridhar, n.d.).

FREE MINDFULNESS AND WELLNESS PROGRAM

This program is conducted for Spiritual seekers of all persuasions, Corporates, Associations, Institutions, Retired Homes, Communities, and Individuals
