Yogasanas (Postures)
An asana is a body posture that is used to improve one’s health and well-being. The word comes from a Sanskrit word that means “posture” or “position.”
Asanas are primarily used to lubricate the muscles, joints, ligaments, and other body parts. This aids in the improvement of circulation and flexibility.
They also benefit internal body health because different asanas target different interior organs. So if you have any health condition, you can look for a relevant asana to practice to help take care of the ailment.
Yogasana are offered in three different levels:
- Basic
- Intermediate
- Advanced
